Do we need a Trust Center first?

Yes, one with an updates or news section. If you do not have one, start with the Cybersecurity Trust Center Build or the Trust Center Platform Setup.

Is this included in the Care Plan?

The Care Plan covers routine upkeep and change notices. The Updates Desk adds drafted announcements and incident statements. Many teams run both.
