Questions
Do you get us certified?
No. The Trust Center displays the certifications and attestations you already hold. If you have none yet, we still build the security overview, policies, disclosure page, and request workflow, and add attestations as you earn them.
Which platforms do you build on?
WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or a standalone subdomain. If you prefer a dedicated trust platform, we configure it and connect it to your site.
Who keeps it current after launch?
You can, with the playbook we hand over — or the Trust Center Care Plan does it for you.
Do we need a trust management platform?
No. We can build the Trust Center on your website. If you already license a trust management platform — or choose one after the Trust Center Fit Check — we can configure its hosted trust center instead through the Trust Center Platform Setup. Platform licenses are billed by the platform vendor, not by us.
Will the controls panel show controls we do not have?
No. It only shows controls your platform has verified or your team has confirmed. Anything not in place is left off, not marked as passing.
